1. Infrared principle
Any object as long as its temperature is higher than absolute zero (-273℃), there will be thermal radiation emitted to the outside, the temperature of the object is different, its radiation energy is different, and the wavelength of the radiation wave is different, but always contains infrared radiation, the object below one thousand degrees Celsius, the strong electromagnetic wave in the thermal radiation is infrared wave, so the measurement of the object's own infrared radiation, It can accurately measure its surface temperature, which is the objective basis of infrared thermometer temperature measurement.
2. Working principle

Non-contact infrared thermometer is composed of optical system, photodetector, signal amplifier, signal processing, display output and so on. The optical system gathers the infrared energy radiated by the target object, focuses it on the photodetector, and converts it into the corresponding electrical signal, and then converts it into the linear temperature signal value of the measured target after the circuit calculation and processing circuit, so as to realize further signal processing and control.

1. The emissivity of the measured object must be accurately determined;
